JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA Hiring for Associate – Financial Analysis Job at Bangalore Full Time

• Good understanding of P&L, finance in general
• Process oriented approach to resolve queries, analyze data, troubleshoot
• Coordinate with different teams to collate required data inputs
• Manage Data upload / Sanity check at Databases and Essbase
• MIS Reporting
• Manage User queries regarding data uploads
• Should be familiar with Database / OLAP technology

Qualifications: This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• 3+ years’ experience on P&L / MIS Reporting side
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience, prefer MBA Finance.
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
• Basic knowledge of SQL / Database technologies / OLAP tool
• Knowledge of industry wide business trends and best practices
• Experience on US Fed processes (good to have)
• Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
• Quick learner and self-starter who can own processes, identify and suggest improvements
