Position Description:
As a member of the Payments Marketing Analytics and Insights team, you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You’ll join an inspiring and curious team dedicated to measurement and impact of key global marketing initiatives. This is a foundational role that will drive the technical execution of data engineering efforts across systems to build data tools, enhance insights, manage sales/marketing toolbox and lead efforts towards revenue optimization by cross referencing data.
Job responsibilities
Partnering with the global stakeholders and supporting the global program while coordinating, automating and looping in teams to proactively deliver relevant and tailored information to better equip marketers
Aggregating and harmonizing data to create meaningful perspective, measuring engagement and effectiveness of deliverables
Ensuring data integrity, sync and accuracy of reporting/dashboards by identifying golden sources of data and owning business rules applicable for integration of disparate data
Design, develop and maintain campaign performance and market sizing dashboards in Tableau for global marketing and communications teams
Drive next generation of reporting automation
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Experience manipulating large and complex databases and developing appropriate data models to evaluate and solve business problems with data automation and ETL tools, preferably Alteryx and Python
4-6 years of work experience, preferably with digital marketing data and analytics (Marketo, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Console, SalesForce, Marketo)
3+ years of relevant work experience in Machine Learning and data visualization (expertise in Tableau)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; graduate degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Database Management, Computer Science) preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance into insights and recommendations
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
