Job Description
Instrument Reference Data Product and Change team is part of CIB group & partners with Operations, Business & Technology teams to ensure successful delivery of multi-year, cross-functional platform modernization agenda. The team is responsible for driving Programs by leveraging emerging technology, Efficiency agenda, Operations readiness for regulatory changes , New Product launches and new vendor onboardings
The platform roadmap mandates delivery of large-scale development programs, business enhancements, and subscriber adoptions. While many of these projects cross multiple asset classes, much of the effort is focused on Fixed Income, Money Market and Equities products. Deliverables will require extensive analysis, requirements gathering and definition, testing, operational change, and coordination with multiple consumer applications.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assist with the delivery of these strategic initiatives. Generally, the candidate must be a change agent who can influence stakeholders to consider innovative solutions and provide analysis to support the decision making process.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and significant experience delivering enterprise-level technical and operational change
Strong business analysis experience, preferably in a cross-LOB/function role
Data analysis and basic oracle SQL skills
Track record of execution against set milestones
Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
Familiarity with Instrument reference data, end-to-end reference data flows.
Very strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to quickly adjust messages based on different audiences and agendas
Project management experience is a plusd
