Department Description
Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a change delivery organisation within the CIB’s Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) that provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to CIB stakeholders. CPCS capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in the Wholesale Payments, Markets and Securities Services businesses, as well as cross-business functions such as Network Management and Client Onboarding (Client Tax & WKO).
LOB Description
Network Management is a central function within the Digital & Platform Services organization responsible for managing the J.P. Morgan’s Lines of Business (LOBs) relationships with their network of local market participants and market infrastructures. Set up as a global organization with over 180 resources covering the following functions: Cash & Securities Network Management Network Client Consulting and Network Services. Lines of Business supported by Network Management include: Corporate & Investment Bank: Global Markets Securities Services Wholesale Payments Asset & Wealth Management Commercial Bank and Consumer & Community Banking.
