Roles and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a team of around 20with direct reports providing support for the Operations function. The candidate will have a direct reporting line into the Executive Director and will be directly be responsible for managing the operations team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the key metrics and risk components within the team and manage the team to meet the financial goals and objective put forth by the LOB, while partnering globally with all the Stake holders viz. Operations, QA & Technology teams. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining staff and budget requirements.
