Financial Analyst to evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Also track revenue and gross margin by region/product line and prepare reports on financial performance to aid business growth and margin improvement.Primary Duties:· Prepares, analyzes, and reviews forecasts and annual financial plans· Analyzes and reviews actual monthly financial performance and identifying variances and trends· Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the business· Supporting month end process with expected landing position and interaction with accounting team· Acting in a consulting role,demonstrates understanding of the financial analysis process and applies that knowledge to developing cost effective analyses and recommendations to the management.· Working with finance directors and Controllers for supporting business growth· Supporting the audit process by ensuring internal control compliance· Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growthRequirements:CA/ICWA-Qualified Or Full time MBA
3-7 years’ experience for qualified candidates and 4-10 years for MBA candidates
Ability to work with all levels of management
Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize, and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Ability to work effectively with people even under difficult circumstances.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and contribute to the efforts and accomplishments of individuals and teams throughout the organization.
Excellent communications skills, including significant experience in written and oral reports and presentations to high-level management.
