Key responsibilities will include:

    Deliver high quality implementation services, defined deliverables, and project management to FinancialForce FFA customers

    Understand client’s back-office accounting process and data requirements and assist in translating those requirements into FinancialForce

    Tasks include: Business process design workshops, user documentation, data migration, application configuration, user acceptance testing, integration, and training

    Be a trusted advisor to the client and recommend Accounting best practices throughout their implementation

    Perform remote implementations of the FinancialForce FFA application

    Prepare and deliver training sessions via web conference

    Perform requirements gathering and document proposed solution design to meet client specifications

    Create implementation services documentation, project status reports, and other materials

    Most work is performed virtually. Minimal travel may be required, but onsite visits are the exception and not the norm


Experience required:

    Minimum 3 years of experience as an implementation consultant with a focus on financial applications

    Experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of finance especially AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, intercompany, FX and revenue recognition

    Ability to implement multiple Salesforce and / or FinancialForce modules is highly desirable

    Ability to manage resources and work with various teams to get projects done

    Salesforce platform experience strongly preferred

    Salesforce certified or certification in process a strong plus

    FFA certified implementation consultant is must

    Comprehensive oral and written communication skills

    Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving

    Willingness to take accountability and ownership of assigned deliverables

    Ability to multitask, balancing responsibilities and resources across competing projects

    Strong focus on process improvement and business transformation

    Ability to provide specific recommendations with justification, aggressively identify and address risks, set expectations and follow through

    Ability to interact seamlessly with all levels of the client’s organization

    Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Agile development methodology a strong plus

    Passion for achieving customer success

    BS degree in Accounting or an active/inactive CPA is a plus!
