The responsibilities of the Marketing Manager are as follows:
Undertake market research, user testing and interviews
Create target audience user and buyer personas and value propositions
Produce product messaging frameworks, and high-quality copywriting that showcases Jacobs digital solutions and services as industry leaders
Lead on product branding, naming, visual identity development, and creation of demo and prototype videos working with our Designers
Develop proof points – case studies, stats, testimonials, as well as client presentations, FAQ documents and short brochures
Organise internal roadshows, and training materials for product use
Establish go to market strategies – awareness, adoption, and use
Map out customer journeys, track adoption, and analyse lead generation
Report regularly on marketing timelines, progress, and development, working remotely with teams across the globe
Attend regular product stand-up calls and represent the product marketing team.

The Marketing Manager shall have;
Strong experience in marketing – producing marketing materials and implementing your own marketing plans to reach business goals
Excellent copywriting skills (it is important that the right candidate for this role will have exemplar English writing skills)
Great relationship management and networking skills. Your colleagues will be in different geographies across the world, and your target audience is global but internal and captive, requiring innovative ideas on how to engage and educate them
An ability to work quickly, manage their own time and work across multiple products and projects at once. Strong organisational skills.
An understanding of why digital ways of working can be beneficial to an organisation, and be skilled in turning the complex into the understood through engaging copy
Excellent communication and presentation skills and attention to detail for English/American-English writing
Experience working in the Engineering sector
