Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content is integrated into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and best practices.
Analyze social media performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graduation, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling content.
