Vidhisha Paper was established in 2015 with one mission: to bring reliable, high-quality Corrugated Boxes to the Western Region of India.

We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Accounts Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the accounting staff, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality control.
• Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure Compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of GST returns.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure all accounts are balanced and accurate.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends to support financial decision-making.
• Proficient in using accounting software particularly Tally, for recording transactions and generating financial reports and cash flow statements
• Must have knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, Import exports& ROC on relevant accounting regulations and standards.
• Prepare and manage the budgeting process.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Experience in ERP software is a plus.
