Intel is hiring a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for the Greater Asia Region. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, branding, content creation and storytelling for attracting talent towards Intel.
In this role you will:
Drive marketing campaigns for attracting talent for key job openings and career pipelines, including media planning, creative development, campaign management and optimization
Manage the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, developing and executing talent events and campaigns
Develop content, narratives, creative assets with a focus on authentic storytelling to bring our employer brand to life, in order to attract talent
Build and execute Talent Acquisition marketing approach, leveraging our internal audience as well as third party social and digital programs, events and assets, positioning Intel as employer of choice
Deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with stakeholders across Intel such as Talent Acquisition, Marketing, University Relations, Social Media and Employer Brand.
Be responsible for campaign effectiveness measurement and reporting
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
6 – 10 years of experience in a related role (for example: Corporate Brand Marketing, Digital/Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Employer Brand, Talent Brand, Recruitment Marketing)
Experience in media buying, campaign management, agency management
Social media expertise including content development, best practices, community management, and data analytics
Hands-on experience of working with CRM, marketing automation tools
Prior experience in Employer Branding / Talent Branding / Recruitment Marketing
Experience managing marketing campaigns on job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Career Builder and etc.
Experience with platforms like Sprinklr, Social Chorus, and Hootsuite
Excellent communication and presentation skills and who can thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
