Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing and Sales team in developing best in class content
• Building content for marketing campaigns, email communications, social media posts and web page content
• Conducting in-depth research on topics to develop original content
• Promote INRY’s events, initiatives, and content online
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
• Work with internal teams to understand content development requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, English, or related field
• Previous experience in content writing, ideally in IT industry

Must have requirements:

• Must be comfortable in different types of written communication, and able to adapt writing to suit a variety of audiences and industries.
• Quick learner, ability to understand the business value of an offer and translate it to the written word
• Ability to adapt writing style and length to different mediums like:

o Product collateral

o Web page copy

o Social posts

o Blogs

o Customer success story writeups

• Ability to translate technical information into lucid information for the audience
• Good multitasking skills robust editing skills
• Good command of American-style written English
• Inquisitive, analytical, logical, structured and self-accountable
• Ability to meet deadlines

Nice to have requirements:

• Familiarity with the Business to Business (B2B) IT services industry
• Technical aptitude
