Job Role
The ideal candidate will oversee both demand and supply in this role where he/she will handle the end-to-end engagement with the publishers and third party media to manage CPL/CPA campaigns. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the growth and performance of affiliate marketing initiatives
Identify new channels for CPC/CPL/CPA and manage exiting 3rd party channels
Build new partnerships with high potential partners
Responsible for achieving the key business metrics for all the channels
Set up deal structures, negotiate and close media partnerships
Interface with internal marketing teams to ensure a smooth communication flow
Thorough understanding of all campaign models.
Candidate Skills & Requirements:
Should have minimum 2+ yrs. of experience in CPL/CPA Delivery (Affiliate + Fintech Industry preferred)
Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
He/She Should be a critical thinker and a problem solver
