Responsibilities
o play client facing roles for Orals/ RFP’s forums/ contract renewals/ Deals etc., . To propose process reimagination/Automation opportunities in existing engagements- Future Finance for engagements . Define Future forward P2P business metrics and run uinternal Annual Benchmarking exercise . As P2P Domain Lead build training materials , POVs for specific process/best practices/ tools etc., . Expected to play a role of domain as well as functional consultant. . Drive transition and stabilization of P2P process for new client , nominated projects, handholding Operations for smooth transfer and delivery, escalation resolution. . Drive Process and system Controls design and implementation , Process documentation , Domain support such as effort estimation , functional queries resolution , RFI and RFP support , automation/RPA projects , contract renewal , presentation to new pursuits. . Program management on P2P transformation projects for all key clients on Spend management and analysis to deliver quantitative benefits. . Drive and play business partner role on critical change management emanating from process/technology updates , Zero distance projects , Process Benchmarking.
