. Aware about various BCMS Testing & Exercise Activities and Driving the Compliance (If there added advantage)
. Analyzing the Risk at the situation and initiate/take appropriate action to prevent the risk
. Good communication skills as to interact with various stake holders of BCMS
. Understanding the process, bring controls, process improvements etc.
