Brief Description of Responsibilities
You shall serve the Company and shall carry out such duties as described below and as your Supervisor may from time to time direct, subject always to the employee policy and the rules and regulations of the Company.
Job Title: ASSOCIATE Manager – Operations
Since most of the work done by Associate Manager – Operations is done to tight deadlines imposed by the law and you deal with a lot of data from a variety of different people, with different agendas; you must be able to focus on the task in hand and not become distracted or nervous. You must be calm, methodical and determined. You must be politically sharp, in the sense that you must navigate your way through the diverse personalities and objectives of your client organizations, as well as at your own office.

While generically your duties may involve financial reporting, taxation, auditing, accounting, corporate finance, business recovery and insolvency, or accounting systems and processes; strategically, your responsibility will be to maximize profitability on behalf of your client or employer.
You serve as the Primary Relationship Owner for an assigned group of Infinitude Consulting Private Limited Mysore’s client-accounts, with responsibility for business retention and growth, therefore you will:
Ø Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services.
Ø Design implementation-strategies and lead new clients’ on-boarding; Create current work-strategy and annual plan in consultation with the Partner-in-charge, wherever needed.
Ø Work closely with clients to identify needs to include work-approval, work-flows and consult on best practices for arriving at solutions and ensuring their effective execution.
Ø Prepare and deliver effective client-presentations, at all levels of our organization. Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports and presentations to internal and external teams, as required.
Ø Regularly evaluate quality of work and arrange for and provide due training wherever necessary.
Ø Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the Business Development Team to aid in increasing revenue.
Ø Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual practices to foresee potential issues before they become problems.
Ø Work closely on Billing, Invoicing and Collections in relation to your clients.
Ø Responsibly maintain regular Self-observation and Self-evaluation to confirm continuous learning and improvement.
Ø Ensure office Dignity, Decorum and Proficiency in co-ordination with all departments.
As the Associate Manager – Operations at Infinitude Consulting Private Limited. Mysore regular Job Duties will entail:
ü Maintaining close Co-ordination and Co-operation with the Office Administrator on issues, regulations and requirements.
ü Managing multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer contacts.
ü Driving client retention, renewals, and up-sells through client satisfaction. Leverage technical tools and quantitative data toward the same.
ü Working closely with Team Managers and Team Partners on day-to-day operational processes including Work Setup, Work Traffic, Work Optimization, Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance.
ü Working closely with the Partner-in-charge to determine root causes for customer success or failure and driving the fundamentals for Process-Development and Process-Enhancement, as required.
ü Preparing individual Customer Relationship Insights Reports, by including your Analysis and Research.
ü Attending to the New & Existing clients as a Senior Face of the Firm.
ü Managing customer activity in CCH for maximum efficiency and visibility. Carefully executing follow-up to confirm closure of open issues. Reviewing Open Jobs in CCH for current status and, if required, following-up in the Core-team meet for suitable action and closure.
ü Providing inputs on new processes and workflows as needed.
ü Setting Work-Targets and Specific Performance Metrics for your teams to assist in aligning with our business strategies.
ü Supervising and supporting Team Managers/ Team Partners to confirm client satisfaction.
ü Communicating with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and attend to inquiries.
ü Generating new ideas to support customers, boost brand-awareness and ensure brand-consistency.
ü Using client feedback to improve customer experience.
ü Identifying and approaching potential clients, confidently and professionally.
ü Duly organizing workforce meetings with the Core team, as required, to ensure all members are committed and deliver within deadlines.
ü Reviewing of all the jobs done by Team Managers/ Team Partners including finalization in consultation with Partner-in-charge, wherever needed.
ü Collating and strategizing the new jobs to be created and informing the Team Managersfor due Resource Allocation and Job Execution.
ü Efficiently executing, specific jobs allocated or any other work as may be assigned by the Partner-in-charge from time to time.
