• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating ERP Entries.( In house ERP, training will be provided for the same.)
• Maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and Treasury process etc.
• Analyze and maintain General Ledger
• Preparing monthly Journal entries and adjustment, including supporting documentation and appropriate description
• Close Financial Statement on a monthly and periodical basis
• Prepare and analyze Income Statement and Balance Sheet along with Schedules for statutory audit and other government and management reporting
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met
• Completion of Monthly, Yearly and periodical reporting in time with 100% accuracy
• Reconcile bank & Cash and manage cash flow.
• Filing, Assessment Hearing and Completion
• Financial Analysis
• Cost Control & Reduction
• Liasoning with Auditors & Government officials( IT, Sales Tax, Service Tax)
• Taxation benefits, Auditing & Taxation, Good in all Statutory matters
