1. Manage all areas of accounts payable (Dom. and Intl.) including but not limited to training and mentoring the AP team.
2. Ensure timely books closure and review of Financials as per applicable IND AS and Companies Act. Candidate must have experience in R2R profile as well.
3. Ensure ongoing refinement of processes through sound management which may include incorporation of new technology or scaling for growth.
4. Ensure smooth, transparent operation with accuracy along with all applicable compliance including IFC and other internal controls & SOPs.
5. Prepare general ledger reconciliations and GL account analysis by ensuring accurate balances, backed by sufficient documents and meet accounting records as per defined SOP.
6. Active leader in internal and statutory audits, including preparation of required schedules, analysis and supporting with proper justification and response to Auditors.
7. Leading process automation and short term and long-term projects for Accounts payable. Experience of process outsourcing and complex transactions.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, airport operators and internal teams.
9. Ensure direct and indirect taxation compliance.
10. Should have worked in SAP environment for at least 4-5 years in a medium and large-scale corporate.
11. Must have Team leading and management experience of at lease 4-5 people including CA and MBA.
12. Preparation of Monthly MIS and variance analysis with excellent MS excel skills.
