Role and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain our map of the prospect and customer journey through our lifecycle communication
- Use marketing tooling to drive best-in-class growth and lifecycle communication across the lead, prospect, and customer journey
- Own and present metrics to key stakeholders including leadership
- Lead email automation across workflows
- Test and iterate on communication strategies across a highly personalized journey
. Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.
- Create copy briefsyourselfand work closely with content to drive email content
- Work closely with our marketing organization to keep our email lifecycle channels aligned with strategy and goals
- Own and drive the strategy for Lead, MQL, SQL, and Opportunity conversion through email programs.
- Be a resource for cross functional teams on best practices running email campaigns.
- Own &manage all elements of email creation from content direction, production, copy, to operations, testing, scheduling, creative (in partnership with design), testing, and analysis.
- Optimize email for driving prospects through the pipeline, focusing on buyer personas.
- Work with Marketing Ops to validate prospect segments
- Work closely with Integrated Marketing and Product Marketing teams to keep content in ongoing campaigns up to date and consistent with our brand, company and products!
- Create optimized nurture programs to increase lead engagement at scale across several audience segments.
- Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch email nurture campaigns that increase lead readiness and focus on key themes.
- Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize, Analyze and interpret behaviors and patterns that make leads likely to become active customers.
- Drive email innovation through customer segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Stay on top of the latest trends in customer engagement marketing to ensure that iMochais implementing best practices to remain leading edge
Must have :
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Prior experience in Email Lifecycle Marketing for a B2B SaaS Company
- Experience with multiple email marketing tools
- Demonstrated understanding of a B2B marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeysTask
