Sales Manager: Commercial Vehicles
Graduation, MBA preferred
Years of Experience:
Experience of in sales of Commercial Vehicle Loans is mandate
Ability to work with a large team comprising of Zonal heads, State head credit and operations
Strong customer engagement skills leading to customer satisfaction, strengthening of customer ties and effective farming of customer referrals.
In synch with culture that is high on compliance and high on performance.
Create and implement a structured sales strategy for assigned territory
Maintaining and nurturing effective relationship with CV dealers in the assigned territory
Managing and recruiting DSA’s and DST’s and would be responsible for their business target.
Achieve budgets in terms of total disbursal Volumes, budgeted IRR and NIM
Ensuring portfolio quality, would be responsible for early delinquency and collections for 12 months of his/her portfolio
Managing PDD with in the threshold Limit.
