Job Purpose:
The role is required for rural business preferably Branch credit Manager (BCM)/Customer Service Manager (CSM). The role holder has the responsibility of doing hind sighting activity, and Risk & Control Assessment based on sampling with a good understanding of retail products / policies & its process. The role holder also has the responsibility of conducting Branch visits, Credit Hindsight, alliance review discussions with the stakeholders on the observations and publishing the reports with clear timelines and actionable. It entails the responsibility of identifying the risks & controls of the business, publishing the hindsight reports/ dashboards periodically to senior management to make process improvement decisions – thereby contributing to the larger objectives of the bank. Preference will be given to candidates with existing Credit / Rural experience, local candidate and / or knowledge of local language.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure timely completion of Risk & Control Assessment basis the annual rural plan
Ensure half-yearly hind sighting of all strategic alliance partners and timely and appropriate closure of all issues
Ensure Risk & Control Matrix and Risk Register is updated in RACE system for all assigned units viz., Rural banking (Ops, Business and Credit), Business Correspondent and Alliances
Ensure timely completion of review of each product and closure of report
Following up for timely closure of open issues / action plan
Ensure documentation of key risk indicators and controls for any critical process or key product launch
Ensure that all operational and risk reports are prepared timely and accurately

Experience:
