Role/Job Title: Analyst – Vendor Management

Business: Retail Assets

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Roles & Responsibilities:
‘- Re-engineer verification process (includes CPV, TVR, Collateral, PD, Valuation, Legal) to enhance TAT and drive reduction in reverifications and false negatives

  • Drive the vendor evaluation and review process, identify risk/breaches in vendor processes and take corrective actions to enhance quality
  • Analyze vendor performance and share vendor scorecards with relevant stakeholders
  • Drive improvement in vendor TAT and reduction in costs
  • Drive system enhancement projects and explore alternate sources of data for verification process
  • Work along with innovation team for verification related enhancements in product journeys
  • Provide suggestions to automate TAT and billing reports and vendor onboarding process
  • Manage escalations with vendors, CMs and product teams

Secondary Responsibilities:
‘- Communicate the vendor performance and planned initiatives for performance improvement to senior stakeholders

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :
”- Manage off roll team and monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements

Key Success Metrics”

Vendor Cost Control, Vendor TAT and Quality Improvement, Efficiency of Verifications process, Automation of TAT and billing reports
