Startup Financial, Data Modeling & Research Analyst

We identify and accelerating new ideas with proven business models and in some cases transferring them to new and untapped markets where it seeks to scale them into market leaders.

WHAT DO WE SEEK

We are looking for candidates who will bring a positive and professional attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and pitch in, who will take initiative to be the best at their jobs, and who have the ambition to become a leader of their own startup team in the future.

• Creating and analyzing financial models effects and trends of pricing discounts and building cash flows for valuation and business financing for start-up’s and incubated companies
• Candidates will have superior working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint, including but not limited to: charts, formulas, queries, pivot tables, import / export and data manipulation0
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint with knowledge to build advanced financial models and scenarios of start-up’s trajectory, expenses, profits and losses and presentations
• Research and track, identify trends and develop presentations on an industry, product, startup or business.

SKILLS

• Self-starter attitude with an ability to work independently
• Effective time management, workload prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with knowledge of business intelligence and reporting software
• Financial background is a must
• Understanding of a financial models and advanced financial scenarios
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• A proactive thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• The ability to collaborate as a team player with project management and an eagle eye for detail
• Ability to manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and negotiate

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!)
• Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team
• Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
