ICICI Prudential Life Hiring for Sr Manager – Investments Job at Mumbai Full Time

The role requires the employee to execute the tasks allotted by the reporting manager(s), in relation to the following areas:

• Implementation of hedge program – Identification of hedge transactions to be executed based on the approved hedge program and cash flows received from the actuarial team on a periodic basis.
• Execution of hedge transactions – Pricing of derivative transactions. Negotiate and execute derivative transactions with counterparty banks and entering deals in the system. Undertaking the settlement of FRA transactions on maturity.
• Transaction Documentation – Review transaction term sheets and deal confirmations of all derivative transactions executed.
• ISDA Negotiations – Liaisoning with internal teams while negotiating ISDA & CSAs with counterparty banks.

Role Specifications:
Education – Post-Graduate (CA / MBA) with 4-5 years of experience

Functional & Behavioural Competencies:
Knowledge / exposure in the bond markets, derivatives or actuarial
