Job Description

The individual should have the expertise to develop highly effective and measurable strategies to drive website traffic and grow revenue for B2C products through Google campaigns and Paid Social Media Marketing that includes crafting and implementing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns; Social Media strategy (paid) and SEO activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop social media strategy (paid) for effective conversions and lead generation activities.
• Ideate and execute AdWords campaigns (Google Search, Google Display) to generate conversions and leads in optimized budgets.
• Research and implement on-page and off-page search engine optimization in order to get pages ranked for high volume keywords.
• Develop and implement link building strategies
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords.
• End-to-end planning, implementation, optimization, budget management, reporting, targeting and analysis of campaigns.
• Monitor, Analyze and report the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Digital / Performance Marketing experience in managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Campaigns and SEO activities.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRUSH, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Should be able to chart Heat Mapping, User Journey Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization for all digital assets
• Relevant Digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot etc.)
• Experience in SEM activities, focused on B2C conversions and B2B lead generation (sales navigator, campaign manager & in-mail sponsored ads)
• Proficient in Google Ads (Display, Search & Video Ads)
• Google Re-marketing Ads
• Local SEO (Google My Business & Bing)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent English skills both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a corporate environment.
• Highly organized, good time management skills and the ability to manage a high volume of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
