JOB DESCRIPTION OF JUNIOR ACCOUTANT

clerical office tasks with the highest degree of professionalism and
accuracy.
– Adept of fostering and sustaining cordial yet professional
relationships with all co-workers, supervisors and customers.
– Should have ability to work independently without any supervision.

Job Description :
1. Verified data and perform clerical tasks in the data
processing function.
2. Prepared files, scan documents and images, and data entry specific to each individual document.
3. Received and reviewed incoming work, contacting appropriate
resources as needed.
4. Compared data with source documents or audio files, re-enter data in
verification format to detect errors.
5. Prepared necessary documentation (automated and manual) to account.
6. Performed quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity, and
completeness after entry.
7. Verified entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting,
deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
8. Tested customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting
new data; reviewing output.
Experience: 1-3 Year’s relevant experience
Education: Minimum Commerce Graduate
P.S (Candidates in & around Udupi District are preferred)
