Requirements & Skills : –

– Candidates should be Savvy in basic desktop applications

– USA Accent is mandatory. Candidates who have knowledge about Banking, Finance, Income tax are an added value.

– Experience in delivering client focused solutions and in creating long lasting relationship with customers.

– Previous experience in a customer support role will be a added value

– Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening

– Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

– Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as they have to perform various tasks using all these proficiencies.
