(A) Working Capital Term Loan :

(i) Renewal and enhancement of Working Capital Term Loan including execution of documents

(ii) Modification in Terms and Conditions of Working Capital Term Loan.

(iii) Timely submission of following statement to bank :

(a) Stock Statement along with Party wise/Age wise details for each bill raised – Monthly by 10th of succeeding month

(b) FINANCIAL FOLLOW-UP REPORT (FFR I) – Quarterly, within 52 Days from the close of relative quarter

(c) FINANCIAL FOLLOW-UP REPORT (FFR II)- Half Yearly, within 67 Days from the close of relative Half year

(d) End Use Certificate, Investment and Information, declaration and UFCE certificate, duly attested by CA- – Quarterly, by 10th of succeeding quarter.

(e) Provisional financial statements- Within ONE MONTH from the date of closure of the accounting year.

(f) Audited Financial Statements-Within THREE MONTH from the date of closure of the accounting year.

(g) Import Export Bill to be submitted as when made.

(B) Bank Guarantee :

(i) Confirmation from Bank for BG

(ii) Cancellation of BG

(iii) Follow up on release of BG from Department

(iv) Monthly MIS of BG (at the end of every month)

(v) Contact Progress Report against issued Bank Guarantee, duly attested by CA– Quarterly, by 10th of succeeding quarter.

(vi) BG Audit- Quarterly

(C) Half Yearly Stock Audit.

(D) CIBIL Report and MIS of Mr. Rajat Singhal, Mr. Ankit Singhal, Mrs. Pingla Singhal and Mr. Rajender Singhal

(E) MIS of Legal cases of Bank form CIC and other website.

(F) Employees Gratuity Fund

(G) Current Assets Management :

(i) Monthly Current Assets and Current Liability Statement

(ii) Review of Dues from customers above 180 Days.

(H) Dividend :

(i) Payment of Interim Dividend

(ii) Payment of Final Dividend

(iii) Transfer of unclaimed dividend to IEPF account.

(I) Raising of Long Term Funds:

(i) Issue of Share Capital

(ii) Debentures

(iii) Fixed Deposit Scheme

(J) Credit Rating by Independent Agency

(K) Analysis of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Annual Balance Sheet
