Role profile :
1. Drive the expansion of exclusive brand stores in liaison with sales team to build the desired network at select geographies2. Drive interventions for footfall and demand generation at existing brand stores3. Health evaluation of existing brand stores4. Regularly monitor the performance of brand stores5. Abide the SOPs of brand stores and to build process that help optimize the execution time of exclusive stores6. Audit checks for fixtures before items move to the execution site & on site audit7. Layout & Planogram of stores in liaison with agencies8. Intervene to expand the prospect funnel and facilitate systematic assessment of stores9. Manage the development request, agreements and POs10. Tracking the development of gallery, updating the sales team on development, getting sales data from team and publishing report.
