The Opportunity:
RSCU operates via two broad propositions the RSCU Helpdesk (HD) and Full Responsibility (FR).
FR responsibilities include managing a portfolio for high-risk SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) accounts with an objective to minimize bad debts and maximize recoveries, through effective communication with empaneled solicitors and LPA Receivers, Insolvency Practioners, Customers and other third parties. Primary contact for RSCU Complaints, responsible for tracking and responding to complaints. While HD responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-risk SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) accounts on an Advisory basis with an objective to provide specialist Insolvency/Recovery related advice and assist network RMs in the closure of accounts rejected by RSCU. Act as a Gateway for all cases adopted by RSCU by taking sound judgmental decisions on the enforceability of tangible security.
