Implement and measure employee communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., internal websites) to promote employee understanding and engagement.
Implement and measure field and/or channel communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., sales portals, field newsletters) to promote sales success.
Manage and juggle many unrelated projects under tight deadlines.
Manage assignments to agencies or contractors as needed.
Track, measure and report business group or country measurements of success such as web traffic, readership measures, pulse surveys, etc.
Manage program budgets as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
Knowledge and Skills:
Writing and editing skills – requires some peer or manager review.
Strong listening skills.
Prioritization, project management and time management skills.
Ability to translate technical, complex and varied information into audience-resonating communications.
Attention to detail, but also able to grasp the big picture across business groups, segments and geographies.
