Designation: Operations Analyst

Experience: 2 Years and above

Work Hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Entering customer data from source documents within time limits

• Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for entry

• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output

• Complying with data integrity and security policies

• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations

• Responsible for the overall vendor’s accounts, orders, quality, performance and customer experience

• Ability to develop and share best practices across the teams by streamlining the processes of order fulfillment, Vendor Onboarding, Coverage and Automation

• To Identify, prioritize & solve ongoing business requirements for a rapidly growing company & Accountable for meeting & exceeding operational goals

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies & procedures

Other requirements:

1. Should be a graduate in any field or Have a diploma certificate

2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

3. Comfortable in working the night shift

4. Highly motivated with a desire to learn

5. Ability to organize & work independently to achieve desired results

6. Microsoft Office skills

7. English Proficiency (Spoken) & English Proficiency (Written)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
