Position : System Engineer l/ll
Min 2 years of experience with (EPKS OR TDC3000)Key Responsibilities
Works independently & apply established standards of Automation Plan.
Will prepare technical architecture (AS IS, Phases, To Be) using MS Visio, Migration plan document using MS Word.
Preparing the budgetary proposal using R2Q tool.
Should act as technical interface to internal customers such as Solution Consultants, Field Service Leaders, Account Managers, Sales Managers, Field Service Specialist.
Have a discussion with customer and explain the different migration path approved by Honeywell.
Responsible to ensure that requests are executed within agreed schedule as per requirements
Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough Level 1 quality checks.
Ensure that requests are executed within agreed schedule as per requirements.
Provide accurate technical solutions for Experion, TPS/TPN and virtualization.
Work closely with the Account Manager, Field Service manager and Field service specialist to produce the best technical solutions and ultimate deliverable within time and quality.
Selecting the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services that will deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives.
Follow the Quality standards and processes as defined by Internal global business operations.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Process flow charts, Quick Reference Documents, Checklists etc.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Monthly / Weekly performance data such as volume, adoption, productivity, escalation, demand, and capacity planning.
Travel on site to collect site data required to build Modernization Automation Plan report. (No to less than 25%).YOU MUST HAVE
- BE (Instrumentation / Electronic / Electrical)
- Knowledge on MS Visio will be added advantage
Technical Qualifications:
Knowledge of Honeywell TDC3000 System Architecture (LCN/UCN Networks) & EPKS Architecture.
Strong knowledge on Experion PKS systems (C200, C300)
TDC3000 and Experion PKS Interfaces knowledge
