5. Plan the training and standardization of service delivery.

7. Monitor the work of individual representatives and of the team.
8. Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff.
9. Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Skills:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in placement or service sale and support.
2. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
3. Ability to lead a team.
4. Knowledge of CRM systems.
5. Computer skills.
6. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
7. A bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field (MBA HR, Finance, Marketing).
