Department Finance Department, Corporate Head Office / Other Division, Thiruvananthapuram Tasks 1. GST return filing and related activities
2. Passing journal entries in SAP i.e., Accounts receivables and payables, Receipts and payments, Rectification entries.
3. Co-ordiante Reconciliation of accounts.
4. Communication internally and externally i.e., Bankers, Insurers, Vendors & Others.
5. Assists in preparation of various Management Reports
6. Assists Compliance of Statutory Payments and Returns Filing
7. Co-ordiante and Assist in processing of Vendor Invoices
8. Work allotted by Department in charge, on need basis. Requirements Maximum Age: 37 years (as on 01.08.2022)

Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.12,000/- to Rs.29,500/- per month (Support Staff level – V)
(The basic pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. However, in addition to Basic Pay, DA, HRA and Perks will be applicable in fixing the final salary).
Qualification:
Essential: 1) B.Com with any PG Degree/ Diploma (from a recognized Indian University) in Commerce / Finance or a pass in the intermediate examination of CMA/CA.
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: 1) Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant areas or functions with exposure in SAP FICO module in the Finance / Accounts department of a reputed establishment preferably in a Government organization as Contract staff /Trainee.
2) Good working knowledge of MS Office is essential
Desirable: Experience in GST filing and related activities.
