Position Overview
Perform assigned Finance functions, including billing, processing request related to Project/Contract setup in Workday ERP. Understanding client agreement – evidence and requests from business.
Major role of Client Analyst is to invoice the customer and make sure the invoices are delivered as per the agreement.
This role is also expected to assist contract/project set up request, validating billing inputs received from the business.
Responsibility
u00B7 Create invoice, contract. project based on the inputs provided by the requester
u00B7 Billing to be done as per instruction from client team
u00B7 Ability to read contracts, understand the pricing part which are the key area in billing and contract set up
u00B7 Communicate and interact with different stakeholders (business, project accountants, cash collectors etc) to provide high level completion of work
u00B7 Drive process improvement initiatives

u00B7 Ability to read and understand contracts
u00B7 Good verbal and written communication skills
u00B7 Ability to analyse the data for Billing
u00B7 Understanding of MS office – Intermediate
u00B7 Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
u00B7 Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
u00B7 Being able to prioritize the tasks
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience – ideally billing Edu Qualification: Graduate Preferred – B.Com/BBA Preferred Language English Shift Hours: Flexible to work in different shift hours as per business requirements
