Job Title: Accounting Team Manager
Job Summary: The Accounting Outsourcing Team Manager is responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals who provide outsourced accounting services to clients. The manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the workflow of the accounting outsourcing team to ensure that all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time Monitor the team’s performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies as needed Provide guidance and support to team members on complex accounting issues and ensure that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their job effectively Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide customized solutions Maintain accurate records of all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members Manage the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as needed Contribute to the development of new accounting outsourcing services and processes to drive growth and profitability for the business
Requirements:
Graduate and preferably CA Inter
Minimum 2 years Experience working with a CA practice firm or an outsourcing firm.
Good communication skills in English, written and oral.
