Profile: IT/ Non IT Recruiter
Day shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Education: Any graduate with Human Resources Management or relevant certification is a plus

To be successful in your role, you must have:
1. Good Knowledge of databases like Naukri, Linkedin, Monster etc.
2. Managed end-to-end recruitment
3. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
4. Target orientation and a go- getter attitude
5. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements to the candidates. Preliminary Sourcing/screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
6. Conduct initial HR Screening (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc. Required to source candidates from job portals & Social Media.
