Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of annual sales budget of concerned sector.
Prepare and execute monthly sale plan.
Provide training to your subordinates.
Retaining existing sales and develop new customers by developing sales strategies.
Conduct market survey and create innovative campaigns/experiments.
Resolve customer’s issues.
Skills to retain credit money.
Generate marketing reports.
Engage with customers, retailers and partners to promote the company’s brand image and build a strong network/relationship.
Requirements:
Applicants must be a Graduate/MBA with 6 to 8 years of experience in the Sales/Marketing field.
