Job Description
- Maintaining the books of accounts on a day to basis
- Overview and take part in the preparation of monthly project invoices to the Client.
- Tracking the receipts from the clients and ensuring accurate booking
- Reviews and processes routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures; ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standard accounting and audit procedures.
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- Prepares Balance sheet reconciliations
- Providing the data for TDS, GST, PF, LWF on a monthly basis
- Arranging for the approvals for the vendor payments and making the vendor payments
- Providing the data for the payroll computations and handling the Full and final settlements
- Follow up on the timesheet approvals
- Maintaining the documentation of journal entries and vouchers
- Research processing problems, contacts units or vendors to resolve problems, expedite payment and responds to inquiries by telephone or in writing; refers complex problems for solution.
- Assist with audits and prepare audit work papers.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or any equivalent degree from a recognized university

The person must have 3-5 years of experience in similar role
