Responsibilities
· Research and analyze about financial Intermediaries, CA, CS, legal, Management Consultants, Investors, Angel Networks, VC/PE Firms, Family Offices, Fund houses to approach for joining HGSP
· Update and furnish MIS on Leads in Excel/ERP
· Handle Members/ Partners/ Investor/ Participants Queries over Phone
· Coordinate with Social Media team for event postings
· Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our Members/ Partners/ Investor
· Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
· Resolve any complaints promptly and professionally
· Coordinate for event arrangements, registrations such as Pitch Days/Workshops/ Webinars etc.
· Attend Trainings & Events arranged from Time to Time
· Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
· Devotion to high-quality customer service
· Good interpersonal and communication skills – Written and Verbal
· Keen research abilities
· Knowledge of relationship management best practices
· Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
