Position description:
Prepare and Publish MISs on all areas of the Channel’s operations
Preparing Dashboard which is maintained as a quick snapshot containing every detail right from manpower count / productivity / product-wise volumes / cost / income / profitability / attrition etc., and the same is shared with the Business Head and senior management.
Preparing Score Card of all TBE / SM / UH / RH providing a clear update on performance as is on various performance parameters
Preparing Productivity MIS: Rolls out a monthly productivity report highlighting performance peaks and gaps, product-wise location-wise
Contest & Daily MIS updates: In addition to the above, also prepares several MISs to track the session wise and daily updates on business
Analyzing data base and extracting business pertaining to the channel for preparing the business performance of the channel.
Lead Management: Downloading leads from CRM & share the MIS & Lead status with Channel.
Preparing Adhoc MIS required by top management like preparing data for presentation, coordinating with regions to get the status of Insurance audit cases, Preparing masters.
Primary Responsibilities:
