Effective interaction / communication to be done with customer.
Field Sales Officer to work on the feedback shared by the supervisor / training & quality manager on the quality of appointment fixed & communication with customers.
Cross sell different banks products to the customer as per the requirement.
Ensure adherence to the processes laid down for call management, lead management, database management and customer management.
Attend the Product, soft skills, process training programs and refreshers through SCC & product teams.
Process Management : – Follow the process & adhere to the guidelines of the Channel.
Code of Conduct and other compliances to be followed strictly as downloaded during trainings and at regular team meetings.
Adhering to the required system login.
Maintain business Productivity.
Ensure adherence to management guidelines to eliminate / minimize customer complaints related to misinformation / misrepresentation.
Adhere to the business performance in terms lead management, appointments fixed, business in hand, logins, disbursements, hygiene parameters – complaints and sourcing mix.
