Key functions :
§ Auditing the calls of Loan collection and Payment awareness calling.
§ Maintaining daily evaluation tracker, percentage tracker, sending monthly reports to all supervisors.
§ Taking Briefs for issues related to Quality Concerns.
§ Analyzing Escalation cases and burning issues related to quality
§ Making Reports from Analysis of evaluation done and Highlighting Concerns to respective departments to increase Quality Percentage.
§ Evaluating calls on daily basis & giving regular feed backs.
§ Co-ordination with the Training team to stabilize Quality process.
