Key functions will be:
Credit Decisions – Take prudent lending decisions based on sound judgment
Portfolio Quality Management – Ensure healthy branch portfolio.
People Management – Manage & motivate credit & branch teams
Assist RCM with coordinating / managing RCU & verification vendors.
Contribute to branch profit goals
Take sound lending decisions based on available information & interactions with the applicants.
Manage credit quality and control delinquencies, frauds
Understand credit policy as well as credit environment in the city / branch
Structure the right product to the customer during customer interactions
Provide superior customer experience
Manage the process required for delivering reasonable turnaround time
Monitor portfolio indicators and ensure that they are within the desired levels
Managing performance in terms of key drivers i.e.
o Loses / Portfolio quality parameters
o Cost of credit administration
o Employee Productivity
Motivate and develop credit resources
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/CA preferred)
4-5 years experience in Credit/Underwriting of Secured/Unsecured products
Ability to manage credit processes & teams
Understanding of portfolio metrics
Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
