What will you do every day?
We’re looking for an awesome storyteller and messaging-oriented product marketer to join our Product Marketing team. The Product Marketing Team at Haptik is the custodian of the product’s position in the market. You’ll be working cross-functionally to strategy, develop and drive programs and content that tell the Haptiks story, show value to customers, and prospects, ultimately helping us win more customers. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building ongoing awareness of Haptik’s Products and raising the visibility of the accomplishments of our existing customers. You will be responsible for the development and execution of a company-wide customer success marketing program and will work with customers to share their stories through various tools including written case studies, white papers, reviews, and testimonials.
Ok, you’re sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
Release new products and features to customers, taking them from pilot to general availability.
Collaborate with the product team to develop and create product-focused content that aligns with GTM strategy and can be used in campaigns and enablement focused on product adoption.
Develop product messaging and position the product informed by user research, market insights, and extensive product understanding
Work with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop and build relationships with existing customers with the objective of capturing compelling success stories.
Be a subject matter expert in accelerating competitive analysis efforts from a product and industry perspective.
Create and A/B test various marketing copy, blog content, case studies, and website pages on the Haptik website.
Requirements*
Around 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing role (or closely related)
Customer-obsessed marketer with experience in initiating and fostering relationships with customers
Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
Experience working with marketing teams to communicate product value to end-users.
Sound understanding of SAAS Applications
Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
