● Should be familiar with payroll, invoices and cost report preparations.
● Should demonstrate interest in managing accounting activities, including
accounts payable and accounts receivable.
● Should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle
time-sensitive tasks.
● Responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and
procedures.
● Invoicing of India, Philippines and Malaysia
● Payment follow up, preparation and transferring of salaries (India, Nigeria,
Kenya, Malaysia) and checking of Philippines salaries
● Updation of accounts on the company website MyGLIT
● Generating Cost Report
● Accounting of clients
● Making personal payments and other bill payments
● Assisting the Assistant Manager in India Invoicing and billing for tax purpose
● Contracting
● Making changes and rectification in the company website
Those with good experience into Finance and International accounting and compliances Designation and salary would be even higher
