• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Creating policies and procedures.
• Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

Location: Indore (M.P.)

_ WORK FROM OFFICE_

Training period: 15 DAYS

Shift – 9:00 PM – 06:00 AM

After training to work, hours will be

any 9 hours shift

from 7 AM TO 9 PM FOR FEMALES

from 7 AM to 1 AM FOR MALES

CTC Offering – 18,000 pm

(IN HAND – 15,000 in hand PLUS incentives up to 3000)
