Long Description
Role Summary
Reporting to the CFO, this job will have complete responsibility for Finance & Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Control over Accounts, Finance, periodical book closing, Audits and Finalisation of books
- Supervise and control the accounting team for day today work
- Check the internal control of various processes, discuss with the CFO to evaluate & implement.
- Provide periodic MIS / management reports as required from time to time.
- Internal audit plan, execution and compliances
- Control inventory, receivable and working capitals to optimize
- Review and control the OPEX, Capex to optimize and plan to consider in financial forecasting
- Co-ordinate and review the budget preparations and align with the group timeline to submit
- To ensure that the financial data is maintained most confidentiality.
- TDS and withholding tax, PF, PT deduction, its payments & filing the Tax Returns by timeline.
- Tax Audit, TP Audit and GST Audits
- GST monthly compliances Audit and assessment
- Income Tax, Transfer Price compliances and assessments
- Statutory Compliances. Check, review, update and monitor tax regulations from time to time and ensure the due compliances.
- Keep the CFO informed of any issues or problems that might arise pertaining to the financial activity.
- Coordinate and align with cross functional team and plant director for related tasks
- Bank relationship related to banking and other tasks including credit lines, BG / LC’s etc.
- Any other activities as may be assigned by the management
- Working under SAP environment – Must
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to work within the team, unsupervised.
- Supervise the team to meet due dates compliance
- Experience in Finance Dept. with similar type of industry.
Knowledge and Education
- CA / ICWAI
Work Experience
Experience in working in Finance & accounts related activities for 15+ years’ experience.
