Genutive Global Services is Australia based consulting business that provides specialized consulting in recruitment and book-keeping services. We are setting up our operational office in India and looking forward for the talent who are interested to be a part of this growing business. The Pilot batch will be set up soon.

Our business comprises a tightly knit team of specialists located in a number of geographies who are crossed skilled in multiple disciplines.

Positions Available:

1. Operations Manager ( Must be a Qualified CA with relevant experience and team management exposure)

2. Sr. Accountant ( Must have relevant qualification and 2 yrs Exp)

3. Jr. Accountant / Accounting Associate

About the roles:

· Setting up chart of accounts.

· Accurately complete general ledger on a monthly and annual basis to allow the preparation of monthly financial statements

· Process, maintain and reconcile Accounts Receivable transactions. Apply fund receipts and generate debtors reports

· Complete Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss reconciliation monthly

· Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards and record any returns.

· Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.

· Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.

· Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.

· Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.

· Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.

· Accounts Payable entries, approval process, payments’ preparation, and reconciliation

· Payroll entries and process weekly wages

· Bank entries and reconciliation

· Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts

· End of month Accounting closing process.

Skills and experience:

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

· Fully Qualified Charted Accountant OR CA intern

· Must have bachelor degree or relevant experience.

· Strong written and spoken communication skills – MUST speak fluent English

· Proficient computer/IT skills (Excel & Word)

· Must have experience/knowledge of accounting software i.e. QB, XERO, MYOB

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹360,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
